Returns:  Products cannot be returned without a Return Authorization Number obtained from BWGUS.

Products will be considered for return under the following conditions:

·          The Customer’s request for return must be received not later than six (6) months from the date of shipment of the Products from a BWGUS plant or warehouse.  If BWGUS authorizes return, Products must be received within thirty (30) days of Customer’s receipt of authorization.

·          Products must be in new, unused condition, as determined by BWGUS.

·          Products, must, at the time of Customer’s request, be standard price list items normally kept in BWGUS stock as determined by BWGUS.  Obsolete, non-stock, and/or discontinued Products cannot be considered for return.

Returned Products will be shipped by the Customer, F.O.B. destination, freight paid, and properly packaged to protect against damage.

Subject to BWGUS’s inspection, any credit allowed by BWGUS will be the lower of either the selling price of the actual purchase less the sum of (a) a twenty-five percent (25%) warehouse restocking charge and (b) all freight and shipping charges, if any, incurred by BWGUS in originally delivering those goods to the customer.
